Mini-Cheesecakes

I made these Mini Cheesecakes (II) from Allrecipes.com. They were so simple to make and came out fabulous!

I did not have foil cupcake liners on hand, so I used paper ones. The cheesecake kind of stuck to it, so I highly suggest following the directions and using foil liners. ;)
