Pictures!

I have been so slack about remembering to post pictures lately. I have a ton of projects I need to post about too. Someone come hold me accountable!

 My little guy has been teething. He's been sleepy and snuggly (and grumpy and mean, but we won't mention those). 

Five Reasons...

... Why today is already better then yesterday.

1. Sylvester had a much better nights sleep, which means we had a better nights sleep too.
2. He woke up at 8 and played in his crib until 830, which let me doze.
3. He took a morning nap, which meant that:
4. I got to eat and drink my coffe while it was still warm
5. I got to shower without him being in there

I hope the day continues like this! After yesterday, we both need a good day.

Independence Day

I hope everyone had a safe celebration! We had some friends over, grilled some food, shot off some fireworks and had a good time. Sweet, simple and lovely. We had a great fireworks display, not only was the church behind our house having a display, Sly always loves putting on a show for everyone. Here's a few pictures of we got Sylvester first 4th of July celebration*!

And here's a flashback to 4th of July, 2010. It's a really horrible picture, but it's the only one I have. We had just moved into our new house and I spent all day cooking for friends of ours. What an adventure**!

* I could not, for the life of me, find a Baby's First 4th shirt or bib! I looked and looked and am so sad I couldn't get one.
** I will never, EVER, move while pregnant again. What a horrible experience. Between moving and 14 hour shifts still, I didn't think I was going to make it.

200 Post! WoW!

Ok, I didn't realize it was the 200th post until 2 minutes before midnight, so I've got nothing special. We went and spent the evening with Grandma and GrandDanny, eating good food, hanging out with good friends and swimming. Sylvester was not feeling the pool at all tonight, so he hung out inside, getting spoiled rotten. GrandDanny gave him Apples and Pumpkin baby food, yum!

Yikes.

We have had a really rough night/day. Sylvester was awake from 345am until 615am and then up for the day at 8am. He took one, one hour nap at 12pm and then a 30 minute nap at 6pm. That's it. Needless to say, he's crabby, clingy and cranky. His stomach is bothering him, he wants to nurse all day but my nipples can't take that. Sly started his new job on Monday, so he's tired just as much as the rest of us. Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day!

Visiting Family

Sly's grandparents got to come into town for a visit and we had to get some pictures! I'm waiting for Grand Bobbi to upload her pictures also, can't wait to see those. Here's the few that we got -
