We have another whole chicken in the freezer so we're going to do rotisserie chicken again this week. I linked to an actual recipe that's exactly what he does. It's amazingly delicious. He made two, the other one he just did BBQ sauce on, also delicious.
And, despite the fact it was 84 degrees today, I want chili. We're going to wait until the weekend when it's a little bit chillier, though. ;)
