Dad is here this week and he's going to make us both a Rotisserie Chicken and Lasagna! I don't have any idea how he makes his lasagna but I'm going to see if he'll send a me a recipe to link to or if he'll write it down for me. He described how he made the chicken, so I found a recipe that is as close as possible to it - but he says he mostly wings it. Haha, get it? Wings it? A chicken?? ...No? ...anyway...
