Menu Plan

We've had the crud around here so we're taking it easy and doing lots of easy meals. I'm writing this after I've cooked most of this - this was a new (to me) Beef Roast recipe and it's very good. It was much appreciated and we had no left overs. Granted I only had a 2lb roast but I'm still surprised we ate it all.
