Menu Monday

We're having Thanksgiving dinner at my house today so I'm not going to do a menu this week. I'm not really sure what to expect with left overs or how long they will last.

 I did do some hunting last night and found a few websites and blogs that had some yummy looking ideas for Thanksgiving left overs, so I'll share those instead. :D

Let me know if you have any leftover recipes you love! We usually have enough turkey to eat for days, much less stuffing, mac n cheese, sweet potato casserole and ham. But I can only eat them so many times for lunch before I need to switch it up a little bit.
