Spring break is over, sadly. We had a great week and got a ton of stuff done, but I could certainly use another week or so. Anyway, here's our menu for our first week back at a semi normal schedule.

Best Ever Muffins (we're going to use either Strawberries or Blueberries)
Slow Cooker Pulled Pork
Perfect Baked Potato (with pulled pork on top)
Last week we tried the Slow Cooker Pork Chops. They turned out really well, Sly and Sylvester loved them. My Mom pointed out they tasted just like the chicken from Chicken and Dumplings, which I couldn't agree with more.
