Pretty simple this week because my Dad is going to visit. Yay! They're going to cook one of the nights, so that makes my life even easier.
I didn't realize that Pot Roast was so expensive. It was $20 for a 5.5lbs roast. Which, I guess isn't horrid but it was a bit of a shock for me. It's been a while since I bought one but I didn't remember it being quite so much. It reminds me how much I need to watch for sales and get it then and freeze it.
