What A Wonderful Saturday!

Let me start off by saying this is my first Saturday (excluding maternity leave) that I've had off in, I think, two years. And it was great! We got a lot done outside the house, not very much inside the house. We started off the morning by not waking up until 0730, thank you Sylvester for letting us sleep in. Then we started dinner in the crockpots, we had Pot Roast and Mac N Cheese.

Then we went to breakfast at Ihop with GrandDad and Uncle Donald. We then went and took some unused items to Once Upon A Child. We took his swing, extra travel set (carseat and stroller), and extra pack n play. They don't buy car seats but thankfully there was a couple there that needed one so we sold it to them. We got enough to buy a highchair, summer clothes, soft blocks, teether and extra mesh bags for $30, so we made $50 and cleared out much needed space. Sly found a Mantis (I think) in the backyard this morning, pretty cool. I love being outside in the spring. It seems even more special this year because we get to introduce Sylvester to all neat things out there.

In the midst of all this we also bought groceries, found the mulch we needed for the front yard, visited B&N and hung out with GrandDad. What a great day!
