Something A Little Different (or at least recycled)

I bought some of the Renuzitair fresheners at Big Lots for $1.50 and I really do like them. They last about 30-45 days depending on the size of the room they're in. We have one in the living room and it lasted about 30, the one in the half bath lasted about 45 or longer. Well, I decided to try to refresh them instead of buying new crystals for the inside. So, here's what I did:

Gathered the dried out crystals, scented oil drops for soap (I already had these), and a ziplock bag

I put in about half the little container of oil or until they looked good and covered, I rolled them around in the bag to cover all of them. 

I let them sit for about 24 hours, the bag will be far less oily looking and the crystals will look wet again.

The first time I did this I only let it sit over night and the scent wasn't very strong. So, I let it sit the 24 hours the second time and the scent lasted a lot longer. Doing this doesn't make the scent last as long as when you first open the package but it does last a few weeks.
